Film on the Fly Competition
Filmmakers can make a short film of and during the festival day. There will be an award for Film Of Festival Day – films can be submitted up to two weeks after festival day, judged and the winner notified.

Film Makers: Hervey Bay Film Festival is calling for entries in feature fiction, feature documentary and short films made in Australia and internationally.
Script Writers: Submit your script for short films, feature films and series.
Photographers: Submit your photographs to a range of genres.
Submission Fees: Students $15AUD ($10.28USD).
Non-Students submission fees start at $20AUD, rising as we near submission deadline – 6 September 2024.
